Darnisha A. Ruth

Darnisha is a licensed speech-language pathologist and the owner of Allied Therapy Services, LLC. Her clinical perspective is grounded in early childhood development, where she recognized the importance of timely, coordinated care during critical developmental periods in every child’s life. This experience continues to shape her commitment to evidence-based, functional, and developmentally appropriate intervention. Darnisha has extensive experience collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams in clinical and school-based settings, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and applied behavior analysis providers, to support the evaluation and treatment of autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, specific learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and speech or language impairment. She has also served in K–12 case management roles, supporting eligibility determination and the development of individualized education plans. Her clinical background spans early intervention, school systems, outpatient care, and home-based services, allowing her to tailor intervention to each child’s environment and daily communication demands. With experience across multiple service settings, she has also expanded her clinical practice to include teletherapy services, providing evaluation and intervention to individuals across the United States. In addition to her clinical work, Darnisha remains engaged in community outreach efforts focused on early identification of communication disorders and improving access to services for families.

Founded in 2023, ATS was established as a pediatric mobile practice, with a mission to empower individuals and their families through personalized, evidence-based therapy services. Built on a strong foundation in speech therapy, ATS was created with a broader vision of expanding into a comprehensive provider of allied health services, including occupational and physical therapy. We believe every individual deserves the opportunity to be heard, understood, and confident in their abilities.
